JJ's Handymans Service paid for work not done


My water froze and busted a fitting under my mobile home. We called JJ's and they did respond quickly; replaced fitting,thawed my water pipes; but did not re wrap my water lines to prevent them from refreezing. James Davis (owner) of JJ's came into house to collect on payment and said his son was under house wrapping things up. After they left I went outside and noticed that the new electrical heat tape that I set on A/C unit which is beside where they went under house was still on top. I looked under house and seen pipes were not wrapped. I called them and told him. He acted like I was lying. I told him that I took pictures. After charging me almost $500. You would think he would wrap water line to prevent freezing again.
